z88h Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and z88h ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the z88h website and all services, products, games, and features available through it. By accessing z88h, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

z88h operates as an online casino, sports betting, and gaming platform providing services to users in Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not represent or warrant any government authorisation, licensing, or official endorsement from any Pakistan regulatory body. Users access and use the platform at their own discretion and responsibility.

These Terms should be read alongside the z88h Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and z88h. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use z88h, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. z88h is strictly an adults-only platform. We apply a zero-tolerance approach to underage access.
• You must be registering your own personal account with your genuine personal information — not someone else's details.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your personal situation.
• You must not be self-excluded from z88h or any other platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains active.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering an account or placing bets.

By registering, you confirm that all the above eligibility requirements are met and that you will inform z88h immediately if any of these conditions cease to be satisfied.

3 Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) active z88h account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, z88h reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any associated balances, pending bets, or bonus credits.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your name, date of birth, contact number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Your z88h account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share your login details with any other person. z88h will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits

All deposits on z88h are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or product area.

Deposits must only be made from payment methods that are in your own name and that you are the authorised user of. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your z88h balance within minutes of confirmation.
• Bank transfers and Raast may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• z88h does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once credited to your z88h balance. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the z88h account withdrawal section at any time, subject to the requirements below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where possible. All withdrawals are issued in PKR.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, z88h requires identity verification to be completed. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. This process is in place to protect users and maintain platform integrity.

• Standard accounts: withdrawals processed within the standard processing window of up to 72 hours.
• VIP Silver and Gold members: priority processing within 24 hours.
• VIP Platinum members: same-day processing.
• VIP Diamond members: near-instant processing where payment method allows.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500 unless otherwise specified.

z88h reserves the right to request additional verification at any point during the withdrawal process. If verification is not completed within 30 days of being requested, the withdrawal request may be cancelled and funds returned to your account balance pending completion of verification.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

z88h offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time across its sports betting, casino, and slot products. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published at the time the offer is made. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are set out below.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have validity periods. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• z88h reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, or wagering in a manner designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Each promotional offer is intended for one use per household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7 Sports Betting Rules

z88h sports betting covers cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODIs, and Tests), football, esports, tennis, basketball, and a range of additional sports. The following general rules apply to all sports betting on z88h.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• The minimum bet on sports markets is PKR 200 per selection unless otherwise stated for a specific market or event.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of connection speed advantages. z88h reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been decided but before the market has been suspended.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and competition as published in the z88h sports rules documentation.
• Results are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. z88h reserves the right to delay settlement where a result is under official review or dispute.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out. If any leg is void (due to match cancellation or postponement rules), the accumulator will be recalculated with the remaining legs.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per account apply. These limits are set and may be reviewed by z88h at its discretion.

8 Casino and Slots

z88h's casino section includes slot games, live casino tables, and other casino-format games provided by certified third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Relax Gaming, and others. The following applies to all casino games.

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited by the respective game providers. z88h does not alter RTP settings or game outcomes.
• Published RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages across millions of spins. Individual session results will vary significantly and are not predictable based on past results.

• z88h is not responsible for technical interruptions caused by a user's internet connection, device malfunction, or browser issues during a game session. Where a game is interrupted by a server-side fault, the round will either be completed or voided based on the state of the game at interruption.

9 VIP Programme

The z88h VIP programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Progression through tiers is based on account activity including deposit volume and wagering activity over a given period. The specific thresholds for each tier are published in the VIP programme section of the platform.

• VIP tier benefits include enhanced withdrawal speeds, higher deposit limits, cashback on net losses, dedicated account management at upper tiers, and access to exclusive promotions.
• VIP status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Tier status may be reduced if activity levels fall below the threshold required to maintain that tier over the review period.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.
• z88h reserves the right to modify VIP programme terms, benefits, or tier thresholds at any time. Existing VIP members will be notified of significant changes with reasonable advance notice.

10 User Conduct

By using z88h, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair use and the rights of other users and the platform. The following types of conduct are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and, where applicable, forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, bet, or promotion.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display errors on the platform. Any bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Registering an account under a false identity or using another person's payment details.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing z88h customer support staff or other users.

11 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your z88h account credentials. You must keep your password confidential and not share it with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify z88h support immediately.

z88h will never ask for your full password by email, phone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from z88h that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us. z88h will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account access credentials.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

z88h reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• At the user's own request — including voluntary self-exclusion requests.
• Where z88h determines, in its sole judgment, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, its users, or the account holder themselves.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons (including voluntary closure), the real-money balance will be returned to the account holder through the most recently used payment method after verification is completed.

13 Limitation of Liability

z88h provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, z88h shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of z88h services.
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or regulatory action.

z88h's liability to you, where it exists, shall not exceed the actual balance held in your account at the time the liability arises.

14 Responsible Gaming

z88h is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should remain an entertainment activity conducted within limits that the individual has set and is comfortable with. The platform provides a set of tools to support this:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your z88h account. These take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after being set.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to remind you of how long you have been active during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Activate a self-exclusion period of your choice from your account settings. This takes effect immediately. z88h will not reverse a self-exclusion during the selected period regardless of the request source.

15 Changes to These Terms

z88h reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a user — z88h will provide reasonable advance notice through your registered contact details or by displaying a notice on the platform before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the z88h platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Archived versions of previous terms are available on request from z88h support.
